First, the editor has to initially review the submitted manuscript. The manuscript will be evaluated if it is suitable for the journal (Global Advances in Business Studies) based on focus and scope, similarity score by using Crosscheck-Turnitin, methodological flaw, readability of the articles, and adhering to the submitted paper template.

Second, the manuscript will be sent to at least two anonymous reviewers (Double-Blind Peer-Review). 

Third, the anonymous reviewers' comments are then sent to the corresponding author for necessary actions and responses. Afterward, the editorial team meeting suggests the final decision to the revised manuscript.

Fourth, the editor will send the final decision to the corresponding author.

Fifth, the accepted manuscript then undergoes to the copyediting and layout editing processes to prepare the camera-ready paper.
